In this episode, I discuss my relationship to the voice in my head: the years when I knew no separation from that cruel, frightened voice, and then how everything shifted. I also discuss the autistic mind and its tendency to produce an anxious voice in one's head--how we've worked with that in our own kiddo.

You know the voice I'm talking about: It's usually cruel and frightened, and it lives in your head. This is the story of getting to know the voice in MY head, realizing its impact on my life, and how it is just barely a whisper now. We also discuss how people on the spectrum tend to have an anxious voice, and how we've worked on that with my kiddo.
