Talking about this one was definitely interesting, getting to see how rooted Body Dysmorphia and Eating Disorders can be. We share our own personal experiences with both and it was a lot; so much to the point, I had to make this a 2-Part episode. Whether it was our parents (mainly them in our case) or the pressures of society we should definitely be aware of these issues. Speak up for yourself and others if you ever hear someone making obscene comments about someone else's body or eating preferences.
