    Natalie is an inspiring and uplifting reminder that the way we speak to ourselves affects how we feel. In this episode, she shares how she reframed how she thought about her post-birth body and how she uses social media as a powerful source of inspiration by curating her feed.
    Natalie is a wonderful example of how empowering motherhood can be. By trying to be a good role model and teaching her children to love themselves and to listen to their feelings, she has learned to appreciate herself and to remind herself of everything she achieves on a daily basis, however big or small.

    Andy Torres (from the blog Style Scrapbook) has spent the past 10+ years building a successful career in fashion by using the power of the internet. She was one of the first successful bloggers and now has a large and steady Instagram following.
     Andy has managed to remain successful in an ever-evolving industry thanks to a multitude of qualities including resilience and authenticity, but the ones that stand out most in this episode are her ability to think positively, listen to her body and stay true to her values.
     A few years ago, Andy had what felt like asthma on a business trip – it turned out to be anxiety.
