What does it feel like to be a woman in leadership?

Often times when we hear the term "minority" images of people from different racial or ethnic backgrounds might come to mind. However, we believe that the feeling of 'minority' or under representation shows up in many other ways, beyond race or ethnicity. How our history and stories impact us today

How our history and stories impact us today

"For people to want to say 'We want to move on, and we can’t focus on this' completely ignores the depth of the problem and the trauma associated with what we just went through." — Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal on the insurrection of Jan 6th, 2021.
We all know how important it is to know our history and the value it holds in helping us move forward into the future. But, what happens when the stories that make up our history are incomplete? What happens when some stories feel too painful to talk about? What happens when we don't take the time to sit in the pain, and instead, just push forward?
Listen in as Rochelle and Terri wrestle with these questions in this month's episode. Thank you for sharing your time and space with us.
