For the first time in six months, Krissy and Lauretta are back again to record the episode of all episodes. Hear Lauretta's passable Spanish, the ups and downs of moving across the ponds, and their thoughts on the three hottest current topics. 

Keeping in line with the current times we have mixed things up. In today's episode, we have Lauretta, whom we must apologise in advance for the traffic of Bogota you'll hear in the background, and Aruja Vashi. Aruja will provide insightful commentary of the wild, insightful and often dangerous adventures that Lauretta has been on whilst she's been away, followed by a down to earth conversation on the need to prove we're all doing okay via Instagram.
