Breaking the Stigma on Mental Health Diary of a Crowd Funded Film

I go solo for this shorter episode on a topic that I feel doesn't get sufficient air time when the media covers film production and that is mental health. So possible trigger warnings as I’ll be specifically discussing anxiety and sharing my own experiences with this mental health issue.
