BUT DID WE DIE?! With Jordan Merrigan Backstage Triage

    • Mental hälsa

It’s no secret that 2020 tried to kill us. It probably tried to kill you, too! But here we are! Nashville guitarist, Jordan Merrigan, talks candidly about COVID-19, Nashville tornadoes, activism, and his story as a survivor of the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting on the Las Vegas Strip in 2017. Jordan shares his experience overcoming trauma with support from Nashville organizations, as well as the larger music community. He’ll recount returning to the stage with country artist Dylan Schneider and their bandmates, reclaiming music as his sanctuary just five days after what is, to this day, the deadliest single-shooter event in United States history.

Jade is an RN on a mission to bridge the gap between healthcare and the arts in a post-pandemic world. She attempts to redefine the concept of the "essential worker" via candid interviews with creatives about navigating medical and mental healthcare in their respective industries. And, as with everything else, she's doing it all with a healthy dose of humor.
