A spiritual baby is any person who is born again, may / may not yet be Sprit filled but is attending bible studies, prayer meetings, listening to messages on tapes , phones and social media but he occasionally fights, uses abusive languages and is repenting daily etc. Unlike such , Job did not have access to all these spiritual materials.
