The #raw, #unfiltered life #truths of a heavily #caffeinated and #opinionated #curlyhairedchica!
Growing up I never truly felt safe enough to speak my mind so I always bottled things up and just kept on pushing. Then life pushed back — hard. Oh the things I’ve been through! There is so much to say — and so I created this podcast as a safe space for myself and others to speak my truth freely while enjoying a nice cup of caffeination. Things may get a little personal, a little wild, and maybe even a little controversial but it’s all in the name of living authentically! So — what’s your truth?

Pull up a seat and strap in with something — you’ve been warned. olZkpYpeEL48zPuQoLdD

On the Pursuit of Happiness
I came across a quote by Kirsten Corley earlier this year with an observation about how we live our lives that stuck to me. In this episode I explore that quote, how it resonated with me, and ask you about “living your best life” versus “living your most authentic life”.
