Living in Taiwan, we have a bus stop/MRT station within 10 minutes of walking. We also have a variety of late-night snacks to choose from when you are hungry at 12am. “I really appreciate that I am able to have both sides of the culture” “Having the best of two worlds,” said Elena and Alan, who were both born and raised in the United States. Everyone has different definitions of their identity. Figuring out our own identity has also been an important part of our life. We invited Elena and Alan to this episode to share how they have identified themselves as Asian-Americans and also some real-life stories about self-identity that they have encountered as they grew up.

We invite Professor He, who used to be a dance editor for Cloud Gate Dance Company and initiate a new choreography program. Wei Kong’s students Nikera and Tera from the School of Art are invited to discuss the art of dance with professor He.
