Chakra Experiences - Transition 1 Armchair Eclectic

In this episode, we are going to talk less about the chakras, and more about the ideas that have been revealed. We discuss the sacral chakra in prep for the next episode. I am no expert on yoga, chakras, or spirituality. However, I do think that this will be the foundational concept for the transitional episodes where we take a break from the conversations about working practically, and get a little more broad in the overall discussion.
