They say there have been eight worlds before ours. Eight times the people of this planet, over vast millennia, built their civilizations, reaching heights we cannot even fully imagine now. They spoke to the stars, reshaped the creatures of the world, and mastered form and essence. They built cities and machines that have since crumbled to dust, leaving only their barest remnants.
This is the Ninth World. The people of the prior worlds are gone—scattered, disappeared, or transcended. But their works remain, in the places and devices that still contain some germ of their original function. The ignorant call these magic, but the wise know that these are our legacy. Set a billion years in our future. The people of the Ninth World suffer through a dark age, an era of isolation and struggle in the shadow of the ancient wonders crafted by civilizations millennia gone. But discovery awaits those brave enough to seek out the works of the prior worlds. Those who can uncover and master the Numenèra can unlock the powers and abilities of the ancients, and perhaps bring new light to a struggling world.
By Decree of Queen Armalu a group of Explorers have been sent to the Caldera Valley to find out why communication has ended, to find a city on its knees its citizens unable to leave, and the population slowly disappearing, many homes and businesses are now empty, the Council are at a loss and their deep mistrust of Explorers, can you help rebuild this city and restore the trust that others had squandered.

An ancient and evil undead thing rises in a dark dungeon. A long-forgotten horror stirs in the dark forest. A hungry and vengeful dragon awakes in forgotten mountains. A cry for help echoes across the world of Golarion. Brave heroes —the Pathfinders— answer the call. They are crafty rogues, powerful sorcerers, and deadly fighters. They are humans, elves, dwarves, gnomes, and halflings. They are heroes!
The Town of Falon’s Hollow Needs a Miracle!
A plague has come to the town of Falcon’s Hollow, and not even the town’s priest can abate its wretched course.
With the coughs of the sick and the wails of the dying echoing through town, the local herbalist uncovers a cure, but she needs some brave heroes to retrieve the ingredients.
Finding the cure means risking the dangerous Darkmoon Vale, infiltrating a witch’s haunted hut, and delving the ruins of an abandoned dwarven monastery.
