Nepotism is based on favouritism granted to relatives or friends in various fields, including business, politics, entertainment, sports, religion and other activities. The misuse of power is Nepotism. The word itself is not bad. But putting someone’s life and future in danger is wrong nepotism. Not encouraging new people and ideas is bad Nepotism.

Racism is just a learnt behavior. It is not something we are born with. Don’t make assumptions about people by looking at their colour. It’s time we set different standards for the coming generations. All discrimination, prejudice in the name of colour, caste, gender and creed. It’s time to end this!
