In this podcast, I speak with Jeff Kiser, the boys rowing coach at Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego, CA.  We discuss what it's like to coach high school level athletes.  Jeff has had tremendous success at CCHS and is known for fielding fast boats and building character in his oarsmen.  Our discussion ranges through coaching theory and practical implementation as well as a foray into Jeff's youth in France where we discuss the differences between youth sports experiences and opportunities in USA and EU.
