Practice and applicable content
I’ve only recently come across these podcasts and I’m about halfway though the episodes. Perfect length for listening to an episode on the way to work and good amount of content to have something to digest during the day.
As a European it takes a while to get past the American style and speaking from own experience and success rather than referring to studies, science and facts. But when you’re past that and start listening to what’s being said I have to admit the content is great!! Highly applicable to most work situations and understandable as well.
I recommend all my colleagues and friends to give this podcast a shot. Well invested 20 minutes!!

Really compact inspiring knowledge about leadership. CG really values our time by giving most value for the time spended.
