I wish I could say I've been away for something cool....
HI this is a quick update on what has been happening in my life. I have been going inward and doing some seep shadow and inner child stuff as my depression and illnesses just got worse and I had no energy....

Are we in a collective grief?
This week I talk about grief. Societal grief and personal grief. I believe that with all the programming that was instilled on us as Kids, teenagers, and young adults we were lied too. We were told that if we do xyz that will make us happy- when I don't think majority of the people are actually happy,

Use your triggers as a tool
This week I talk about triggers! I think triggers can be a huge healing tool! Triggers can show you where you are still in need of healing. I think as society we are becoming too soft... too sensitive. Instead of using triggers as an inquiry we use it as a reason to act irrational.

When you thought you were honest with yourself...
I am back from my 3 week break. I am in such cocoon energy. Sitting with Aya was amazing and profound - but that's not what I talk about this episode.
