- Samhälle och kultur
Dating Con Latinas is a podcast hosted by two Latinas on the unique qualities that make up our culture and the differences that bring us together. Melody recently moved to the US and lives with her husband in California. While Melody grew up in Mexico and Brazil within an Asian house hold, her husband is Taiwanese and has very different customs when it comes to showing affection. Maria was born in Dominican Republic and was raised in Miami, FL until 2019 when she moved to LA and met Melody. Single (most of the time), Maria experienced a bit of culture shock when she started dating gringos.

Ep 6: Las Navidades
Did you ever bring someone home for the holidays? We sat down (still virtually) with Max to talk about what we liked about the holidays and who did it better.

Ep 5: Sex
Sex: A topic most parents shy away from as their kids get into their adolescent years. Today on Dating Con Latinas, we're breaking those cycles to talk about sex and all the things we DIDN'T learn about it when it was most important. Nahima joins us to talk about our experiences growing up "learning" about sex and how our parents and teachers guided us through those *very* awkward years.

Hablemos: COVID-19 and the Asian Community
While we are all being affected by the changes and worries of the pandemic, the Asian community has also endured racist and hateful attitudes towards them. We sat down together (virtually) to talk about it.
