Today’s topic has sparked controversy for decades. Each time a new incident involving injustice with juveniles arises, another name is added to the never-ending list of youth who have endured this type of unnecessary traumatic experience. Another victim added to the list is a nine-year-old girl from Rochester, New York who was peppered spray by police after her mother called authorities over her daughter throwing a temper tantrum.
