Developing Your Personal Spiritual Growth Plan for 2024 Dale Walker Leadership Podcast

    • Kristendom

I want to talk about what I believe is the key to the greatest year in Jesus you have ever had: that key is developing your spiritual growth plan. Some reasons why:

The joy and potential of our lives does not depend on what happens to us but on the choices that determine what happens in us. Nothing has blessed my life or furthered my ability to be a blessing to my family and others than my commitment to have a personal spiritual growth plan.

You can’t remove problems and attacks on your life but you can outgrow (grow faster than) them.

Everything you want in life is on the other side of growth.

“The only guarantee that tomorrow is going to be better than today is if we get better.” -John Maxwell

If you’re not on the way to something better, you’re probably stuck somewhere you don’t want to be. Don’t stay at halfway café. Many people as they look at the last 20 years don’t have 20 years of experience; they have pretty much the same experience repeated 20 times.

If we want a better family, career, spiritual life, it’s not enough to work in these areas, we need to work on our family, our job, our ministry, and our spiritual life.

Anytime we get better in some area of our lives it bleeds over and blesses every other area of our lives.
