Tsema is the type of person who can do anything once he decides that's what he wants to do. From being the president of the African Caribbean society (ACS) at the university of east anglia to performing spoken word. He is got a very good skill at learning new skills. in this episode we speak about some of the stuff he's been up before and during the pandemic, and what he is hoping to do after.

Pamela is a radio show host, motivational speaker and I'd also describe her as a social influencer as well (but the good kind). I've known her for a long time now after meeting at mutual friends houses and other events at UEA (the university she attended). Whilst at uni she made the most of her time there and became president of one of the societies called 'Radical Youth'. In this podcast we get to know her a little bit better and talk about some of the things she's done, is doing and looks to do in the near future. -------------

Zoka the Author (also known as Nicholas) is a London based rapper who is a soon to be house hold name. After graduating from the University of East Anglia he has recently released an EP as well as a few other singles.
