In this world, technology ceased to advance. Science went into hibernation. Diseases run rampant. Population continues to diminish for almost a hundred years. Buildings and what's left of infrastructures continue to crumble and fall apart. National governments no longer exist. People roam the lands to try to live another day while resources have become a scarcity.
