Eh to Zee w/ Adam Zekry Adam Zekry

Apparently I skipped episode 5? I will check this out and rectify the problem. Otherwise, more BJJ talk including receiving one of the highest compliments one could ask for in BJJ, being generally pretty cool, finding a wife in Costa Rica and enjoying the company of crabs.

I seem to feel a natural inclination to ramble deeper about the aspects of JiuJitsu, namely introducing new members and how to actually give a newcomer a good experience. I may be bad at alot of things, but talking to myself about myself is not one of them.

A very long ramble which somehow circled back to the original intention. Obviously touched on all the basics, work, BJJ and martial arts, bush stuff. Ended it off with a rant against a local restaurant because they pissed me off when they hurt my moms feelings!

Almost this entire episode is about how to be a better training partner, not just in BJJ, but martial arts and sports in general. How to treat women in martial arts and how to try to empathize with the struggles of the opposite sex. Give me some feedback! I love feedback. And food. Yum.

I got challenged! And not my usual mental challenge. Lots of BJJ, kneesovertoes, random Costa rica stuff. Answer my questions! Help me solve life's problems! Or at least my own personal problems.

Actually though, I just sat on the beach and recorded myself rambling about things like deadly infections, potentially getting my leg cut off, vacationing in a place with poo water, bitcoin, Brazilian JJ, my mom and sister. Cultural differences. Who knows what else, I'm a turkey. ENJOY!
