Following our hiatus Lucy, Sam and Alex head to the studio to update you on what's new with them. Alex's upcoming nuptials, Sam's identity exploration and Lucy's transition. In this more personal episode we get a glimpse of the life of two enbies as well as a trans woman as she shares her journey on moving away from the non-binary label for her gender.

Twitter's now owned by Elon Musk, who as well as not being particularly favourable to trans people, wants to remove content moderation in the name of free speech. With the site already a popular place for TERFs and transphobia, could these changes make things worse for trans and non-binary people. Discussions are had on how we navigate social media and tips on how we stay positive. We also share opinions on whether you should ignore or respond to misinformation shared on the platform.

In a slightly different format this time; Sam, Lucy & Alex discuss a couple of trans-related news stories. Firstly, the fallout related to Tala, a literary alien mascot that's angered the vocal transphobic community as their extra-terrestrial nature has meant they don't have a human gender. We have an in-depth discussion on the absurd situation.

Following that, our hosts discuss the recent inclusive policies adopted by Virgin Atlantic. The airline's new DEI policies mean in-flight staff of all genders can enjoy the full range of Vivienne Westwood designed uniform options regardless. With pronoun pins for staff and passengers, is this a sign of a more inclusive airline industry?

After an extended break, Alex, Sam and Lucy are back. In this episode we provide a brief update and share thoughts on Pride following the team's recent participation in London Trans Pride 2022, where 30,000 people marched to protest against the awful attacks on trans people within society and politics but also to be visibly present, celebrating trans beauty and trans joy.  Lucy talks about the concept of "Showing Out" and how being visibly trans at Pride but also in day-to-day life can potentially lead to a more awareness and empathy.
