- Andlighet
What burnout looks like: clarity or inspiration -> taking action full steam ahead -> fear of losing momentum -> pushing even harder -> losing momentum -> continuing to push harder -> hitting burnout and coming to a full stop. Burnout: exhaustion, frustration, complete loss of interest in whatever we were inspired or passionate about, maybe getting physically ill, or mentally/emotionally depressed or down
What a flow cycle looks like: clarity or inspiration -> tuning into what inspired action looks like for you -> taking inspired action -> slowing down to get organized for rest -> resting without judgement to nourish and reflect -> repeat.
