Have you ever felt hesitant to seek therapy, unsure what to expect or afraid of being judged? Ever wondered about how to find the right therapist? Or have you been thinking about going to therapy but aren’t sure where to start?
Going to therapy for the first time can be daunting, scary, and leave you feeling a bit lost. You are not alone in this! So here we are sharing our own experience of our first-time counselling, normalising that it's okay to feel overwhelmed and lost, and hopefully, you will gain some insight into our story and experience.

What prompted us to seek counselling for the first time?
