I was only 10yrs old and didn't know how to protect my family from my dad. I felt like a failure as the oldest child. To make things worse, I felt terrible because I didn't know what to do. . I felt even worse about the situation because I was the oldest and was supposed to be the man of the house.

In this episode I am going to walk you through two of the most POWERFUL healing exercises I have ever been taught!  I use both of these exercises to this day.
