Welcome to Episode #10 : Pivoting on the Shift of the World - with Jade Olivia

With a background in professional dancing and cheerleading, coaching, music, and marketing automation, Jade Olivia combines these skills to serve her favorite people in the world - entrepreneurs.

As a digital marketing and automation consultant she saw that entrepreneurs often made the same mistakes, so she pivoted her business time and energy to a greater purpose of speaking, educating, and networking. When entrepreneurs can connect at the right time for the right reasons, sparks can fly.. And Jade lives for the *sparks*!

How she was helping entrepreneurs in optimizing and making efficiency using automation tools to achieve a cohesive customer journey and making their life easier.
Her life as a single parent of three and how she was able to cope up from ending her marriage with her then partner since they were 19 years old.
Her shift from a crappy low paying jobs to being an entrepreneur right at the start of worldwide pandemic in March 2020
How she was able to stand on her own two feet and how she recovered when she pulled a lot of bandages off at once. Learning to live alone for the first time, losing friends and families.
Her two biggest tips to achieve success in your career:

(1) Surround yourself with people smarter than you - “ Find the thing you love, and be the dumbest one in the room. You’ll just constantly be inspired. And if you are with people you connect with, they're naturally gonna be givers and wanna share and see you grow and help you.”

(2) Being nice to people - “ Be the kindest person in the room. If you're a good person and you see someone who is kind and caring and much less capable of you, it's like a natural tendency to want to share your knowledge as a mentor-mentee relationship. And from there, you can build a profitable relationship. ”

Tips in surviving a bad day and have a healthier mindset;

(1) Acknowledge that you're having a bad day. Look at it as stepping out of your body, removing the emotion and acknowledging the facts about it.

(2) Acknowledge that there are traumatic things that are often out of our control, but the sad things are temporary.
