Hi beautiful souls, it's been a while. In this episode, I talk about what has been going on in my life within the last month and all the realizations I have had within my own journey. I hope that my story will resonate with some of you or give you some kind of perspective shift. Sometimes life throws us these curveballs to push us into our next transformation and although it may seem that our intuition led us astray, I think if we really take a step back and look at the larger picture, it will show us that it did the opposite to help us grow. Hello beautiful souls!! I am back! In this episode, I begin by talking about what has been going on in my life and how I have been navigating through everything. The main focus of this episode is to remind you to not belittle or betray yourself just to make other people feel comfortable. We are here to bring the uncomfortable. I want to remind you to remain true to yourself and your own truth. Do not let other people deplete you of your energy. The reason I named this, "The Philosophy Of Not Giving A F*ck" is because we need to stop giving out energy to the opinions of others, the negativity outside of us, and we need to start putting ourselves first. This ties in with the current events of the jab. So many people have been coming to me saying that their loved ones make them feel guilty for doing what is best for them and that is where this philosophy comes into play. The attachment to these emotions is what is draining our energy. Allow whatever comes up to flow through you, but do not attach yourself to it AKA stop giving a f*ck lol I hope you enjoy and as always, I hope it resonates. Love you!!!
