In this episode I talk about my experience and how I fully go into an emotion even when it doesn’t feel good to fully except the worst case scenario until it feels OK. By doing this you either get a better result or you’re not caught off guard and it helps your transition through life better

In this episode I share a personal story of how I realized I was addicted to sugar and how I thought I had it handled but then saw it reoccur without fully seeing it happen in the present moment. Also I will just share how to remember to breathe to stay present and how it can help us see things more clear before reacting.
