Will we make it through our 20’s alive? Fingers Crossed!
Best friends and college roommates Kristee and Sierra took separate paths after graduation when Kristee moved to NYC and Sierra moved to LA to pursue their careers.
Every week we will have real conversations about pursuing a career you love, the ups and downs of dating, having strong friendships, and becoming who you want to be. Hang out with us as we laugh at our mistakes, tell stories about our experiences, and give bits of advice along the way.
New episodes Tuesdays!

Conceal, Don't Feel: Fighting Toxic Positivity
The cold never bothered us anyway, but toxic positivity has. Have you ever poured your heart out to someone and have to fight the urge to punch them when their only response is "Cheer up! Everything happens for reason." That may be because you were hit with some positivity that was toxic, aka invalidating your feelings and real issues. Kristee and Sierra are diving into the discussion of positivity gone wrong, when people with good intentions don't realize they're doing it, and trying to define where the line between "healthy" and "toxic" positivity lies. We've all been there, whether we were on the receiving end or may have been unknowingly perpetuating toxic positivity ourselves, but hopefully this discussion can give some perspective on how we can all be better friends and listeners by avoiding toxic positivity where we can in the future. Cheers!

Finding Your Spark on a Path that’s Unmarked: Pursuing Passion, Purpose & Career
On the cusp of new career horizons themselves, this week Sierra and Kristee discuss the issues with hustle culture, discovering real fulfillment in your 20s, and break down myths about finding one's "dream job." In a world that is increasingly focused on over-working, comparison and career-centered identity, this episode aims to slow down the race to the non-existent "finish line." It instead focuses on how to slow down, find what really makes you happy, and how to find your real path and purpose.
