Flavor of the Week Amanda Pereira and April Keegan

The ladies have a third wheel! April and Amanda are joined by The Tidy Up Podcast's host, Danielle Hunt, in their challenge to go an entire week without swearing. Let's just say it was easier said than done. You'll be interested to hear their thoughts on when they started swearing, why we swear and how to do it less. Pretty insightful 'sode!

Black Lives Matter and that's that. This week's challenge was to take at least one action each day in support of the BLM Movement. One episode isn't enough to encapsulate how FOTW feels about the racism, discrimination and injustice that POC go through regularly, but Amanda and April give it a try anyway. Also discussed are the ladies' technical ineptitude, social media sharing and again-- Amanda's mom.

Finally! A little self care. The girls go over their One Week Glow Up Challenge. In between recapping and Amanda sounding like an alien robot with her faulty mic, they discuss lots of other tea but mostly how brutally honest Amanda's mom can be.
