There is nothing you need to do except find a nourishing, supportive + undisturbed position either sitting or lying down - perhaps covering yourself with a blanket, using an eye pillow and anything else to make this a sacred, devotional space for yourself. 

The full moon is a beautiful time to look within, to what themes or topics are being illuminated in your life and what is also calling to be released, that is no longer serving your highest good.
