As the world struggles to flatten the Coronavirus curve, three friends come together to discuss how this pandemic is changing lives. Game of Homes is a Canadian podcast, unlike any other, where we discuss our new reality working from home, the news surrounding COVID-19, and last, but not least, video games! (Did you know that gaming has increased by 75%, globally, due to the COVID-19 crisis?)

Going the (Social) Distance | S1E1
Welcome to Game of Homes: A Mid-Pandemic Podcast. A show where three like-minded friends come together to discuss life that is now encompassed by the COVID-19 pandemic, working from home and video games. That’s right!
Before the pandemic truly impacted our day-to-day we were already working from home in varying degrees, but now it’s a whole new ball of wax! The economy has shut down, the government has mandated social distancing and there’s no more plum sauce!
All kidding aside, times are tough-for some more than others-and as much as we follow and respect the rules of non-engagement (for the safety of others and ourselves) the three of us want to do more. So here is our new podcast to distract and entertain you!
In this inaugural episode of GOH, Elaine, Robin and Sean dive deep into the ramifications of COVID-19, our work and home lives colliding in such an unexpected way, what we’re hearing in the news regarding the pandemic and (last, but not least) video games: what they mean to us, and how COVID-19 has affected this interactive medium.
