Join cohosts and partners Prof and Dr. Kam as we explore,educate,and destigmatize the complexity of black people and our mental health. Sometimes heavy, sometimes light, always engaging with purpose. Each episode is therapeutic journey where we traverse the individual narratives of our guests and ourselves. We promise to be real, (apologetic when necessary), and vulnerable about our “stuff,” while encouraging our listeners to do the same with their “stuff”. Our goal is to empower ourselves collectively to seek insight, awareness, and to open ourselves to self exploration and healing.
