Are use a little oil along with some onions and garlic and sometimes bell peppers. However, the key to all of this is to not add water because the cooking process draws the water out of the cabbage itself in order to help it cook. Intro To The Air Fryer
One of the most incredible purchases I have made was to invest in an air fryer. It allows me to cook my vegetables in a fraction of the time but I also add the bonus of roasting them which creates a delicious addition to the food.
