i quit drinking and drugs (16 years ago today)
i started self-medicating at age 11. Then, as a young adult, psychiatrists diagnosed me with bi-polar, schizo-affective disorder with a life sentence of medication. Life and it's amazing turn of events in rehab. Are you thinking of drinking? Are you trying to stop using?
