About Ruth Laskowski Ruth Laskowski grew up in a military family as one of seven children. She believes in the values of hard work and being true to oneself. Ruth has overcome significant obstacles in her life, which have helped shape her into who she is today. One of her superpowers is her ability to get in the trenches with people and their businesses, guiding them through hard times.
Ruth Laskowski brings a wealth of experience to the real estate industry. With a Master of Education from the University of Virginia, Ruth spent nearly 15 years as a professional musician, performer, and educator, traveling along the East Coast in the United States and studying abroad in Europe. She has a strong background in education, having opened her own private music studios and worked in both public and private education sectors.
Transitioning into real estate, Ruth quickly excelled, becoming a leader in developing highly profitable coaching programs. Ruth is the owner and CEO of Profits Coaching and Consulting Services, where she specializes in helping agents, teams, and brokerages navigate systems and models for growth. She is also the owner of Venture Investment Properties where she works with buyers, sellers, and investors. Her unique blend of educational expertise, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial spirit makes her a valuable asset in the real estate industry.
Additionally, she serves as the Director of Operations for Keller Williams Young Professionals of Hampton Roads, empowering the next generation of real estate professionals.
