Alcohol is an anchor point in our social lives wether we want to admit it or not. When you haven't seen someone in a while, you'll ask to grab a drink for a quick catch up. When we gather with friends, drinks make things a little more fun. At the end of the day when you're beat, that drink helps you release all that stress. BUT is it playing a more negative role than we even realize? Is it so engrained into our lives that we don't notice the negative effects?
