To kick off Mental Health Awareness Month, Jameela is joined by comedian Neal Brennan (Netflix’s Crazy Good, Chappelle's Show) to reflect on his personal exploration of shame, fear, anger, and how discovering spirituality changed his work. Linnipinni ,

Wish I would’ve found this podcast sooner!

This is literally the best podcast series I’ve ever listen to. I love that the language used is how actual people talk to one another and nothing is too embarrassing to talk about. Thank you so much for keeping it real, thought-provoking, and educating.❤️🙌🏻

Love it

Fantastic and important topics, with a lot of humor. Jameela is a great host. I wish this was something I could have listened to in my twenties but I’ll take it in my thirties as well. Also I wanna marry Beanie. Side note.
