DMX: A Prince and a Rapper

DMX: A Prince and a Rapper

While there was understandable outrage to the way that DMX was portrayed, particularly in the Daily News and Rolling Stone articles, there’s another side to the story. We shed light on how a pauper became equal to a prince.

    Superstitions, Conspiracies & Vaccines

    Superstitions, Conspiracies & Vaccines

As people we tend to disagree on a lot of things, but responding to a global crisis shouldn’t be this contentious.  While efforts to dispel myths and miss information about the COVID vaccines are critical, we explore if there is something else that is causing many to be skeptical. Something buried our nation’s history.

In this episode Charles and Fab explore how we all grow up with certain superstitions that carry into adulthood.  Do superstitions prime us to believe conspiracy theories?  Are conspiracy theories rooted in history and facts?

March Madness: Inequities of the NCAA

March Madness: Inequities of the NCAA

Sedona Prince, Oregon State basketball player, posted video comparing the facilities between the men’s NCAA tournament conditions, and the women’s. The disparity is both commercial and concerning.
During this episode we discuss why there is a continued disparity between female and male sports.  Fabs and Charles share their own stories and journey with becoming allies and fans of female led sports.

Fabs shares that despite being a High School basketball player, a huge sports fan, and a self-proclaimed feminist that her support of women's basketball did not happen as organically as everyone would have thought.

What are your thoughts about the disparities between women and men sports?
