    Since the October 7 massacres parts of Hollywood and the wider entertainment industry have been accused of failing to condemn Hamas in a meaningful way. 
    At the biggest showbiz event of the year, the Oscars, Director Jonathan Glazer, accepting the International Feature academy award for Zone of Interest said, "we stand here as men who refute their Jewishness and the Holocaust being hijacked by an occupation". 
    The Holocaust Survivors’ Foundation USA has condemned the speech as “morally indefensible” and “disgraceful”.

    On June 27th 1976, Air France Flight 139, left Tel Aviv for Paris, carrying 246 mainly Jewish and Israeli passengers. The plane made a stop in Athens, where it picked up another 58 people.
    Shortly after takeoff, it was hijacked and the flight was diverted first to Libya and then Entebbe Airport in Uganda.
    After a tense few days, Israel launched an audacious and ultimately successful rescue operation that is considered today to be one of the greatest counter-terror operations of all time.
    Benny Davidson, was one of the hostages. He was just 13 at the time. In episode 15 of The Sun's new podcast, Israel's War on Terror, David Ross speaks to Benny about his experiences.
