    Spencer Crandall

This weeks guest is an independent singer-songwriter based in Nashville, he is king of the metaphor, and has a work ethic second to none: SPENCER CRANDALL

Jed kicks off the episode off with a little bit of admiration for Spencer, and all that he has accomplished as an independent artist so far in his career. Then the two chat about what it meant to Spencer when he was played on Sirius XM Radio's The Highway, what it takes to find your authentic artistry, and Spencer drops some wisdom around the importance of failure. Next, the two discuss pesky internet trolls, how to best affect change, and how Tik Tok changed Spencer's life. Spencer and Jed close out the episode by discussing Spencer's end goal, the process of getting there, and whether or not Spencer will ever consider signing with a major record label.

Lastly, the two chat about Jed's then-stolen-now-found truck, and the new projects that Ingrid is working on.

    Ellen Decker

    Ellen Decker

This weeks guest is a model, fitness coach, Co-Founder of Fit in Twenty, and of course, Jed's girlfriend: Ellen Decker

This episode is a fun look into Jed's day-to-day life with his girlfriend Ellen. They open up the episode by discussing the saga of Jed's recently stolen beloved pickup Truck (which has just been found), how we need more cops in Nashville, and Ellen's new fitness app Fit in Twenty. The two have a laugh at some of Ellen's old tutoring jobs, her love for fitness coaching, and Jed's poor eating habits of old. They then dive into dating; Ellen talks about the brutal dating scene that is Miami, and then the two of course recollect the story of how they first met and fell in love. They dive into the Bachelorette next; Ellen shares her point of view and opinion on the show and its fans, and Jed opens up about the toll the show took on him. The two close out the episode with a fan question on the importance of communication.

    Josh Jakub

    Josh Jakub

This week's guest is an American hero. He is a Navy SEAL veteran, elite sniper, a singer-songwriter, and has some incredible stories to tell: Josh Jakub

Jed kicks off the episode with some appreciation, gratitude, and acknowledgment of Josh's service to our country as a Navy SEAL. Then the two dive into Josh's music career, whether he wants to be an artist or songwriter long-term, and his preference of writing solo or writing in a group. Next, they get into Josh's military service. Josh explains how he got started in the Navy, the process of becoming a SEAL, and what the hardest portion of the training was. Then Josh shares some stories from his deployments, from taxi cab getaway cars in Columbia to nearly getting blown up in Afghanistan on multiple occasions. Josh also shares the one thing he wishes more people understood about people who have served in the military...

Jed and Josh close out the episode by looping back around to music. Josh explains how he got started in Nashville, when he realized this songwriter dream might actually be plausible, and finding the balance between work and play, in a city that begs for more play.

Paul DiGiovanni (of Boys Like Girls)

Paul DiGiovanni (of Boys Like Girls)

This week's guest is one of Jed's role models and someone who influenced the original spark for Jed's love of music. He was the lead guitarist for the band Boys Like Girls by the age of 17, and also knows nothing about lawn care: Paul DiGiovanni

These two kick off the episode by talking about their shared doctor, Dr. Web (aka the Internet), Jed's recent scare with sun poisoning in a Kroger parking lot, and Paul's lawn care business that he knows nothing about but has an epic name for. Then they move onto some BLG talk: making the band, tour stories, and the touchy topic of "WHAT HAPPENED TO BLG?!"

Next, Jed shares a redneck story from his childhood, Paul talks about his motorcycle days, and then they both share their dream car (which happens to be the same). Finally, they close out the episode talking about some of Paul's favorite moments as a touring musician, how he got into producing music, and he drops the hook that there might be some new BLG music on the horizon…

    Sean Stemaly

    Sean Stemaly

This week's guest is a good ol' country boy and one of Jed's good friends. He's a country artist, a hard workin' SOB, and he knows how to have a good time: SEAN STEMALY

Sean and Jed are just kickin' back as friends do. The episode starts with Sean explaining why some of his current music doesn't accurately describe who he is, Jed hits on the audacity of internet trolls, and the two discuss what it would be like taking a bare-knuckle right hook from Mike Tyson. Next, Sean gives some advice for people who are moving to Nashville in pursuit of a music career, he shares what it's REALLY like having a record deal, and he tells his secret to making it in the music industry. They close out the episode with a little lesson on authenticity in music, and Sean opens up about how he went from a country music fan to a rising star in his own right.
