Self love is more than just taking yourself on fancy dates. I believe self love is initially being kind to yourself, spiritually, emotionally and mentally as well as being present in your present state.

I believe that one of the major aspects of today's modern, physical and mental problems are people are not looking into themselves nor showing themselves a bit of kindness, especially with everything that's happening.

This episode is all about how one can identify the unhealthy boundaries and it's occurrence, together with the need to set healthy boundaries for one's understanding.

Boundaries are something that indicates a limit or extent, my topic was to basically introduce it's meaning, types and for people to understand how they work.

This a segment on what potential really entails ... And what character in a person is all about ... It is also a generalized topic on what to look out or for in people and if one is willing to settle or choose that.
