Sharing my depression story with all of you for the first time today. Mental health has always been my first priority as no matter how strong we become physically, our mental health plays the vital role to gain the strength in the truest sense in life. I've been associated with mental health awareness since last few years and that changed my purview of life completely and yes, mostly when I personally experienced the process. So guys, please give it a hear and let me know your mental health story and in that ways we can be with each other even though virtually but I believe every single step counts no matter how small it is!
