JP - Depressed not Dead ReConsider Strangers

This isn't a usual episode. JP is a podcaster and has a podcast about mental health. I knew this beforehand as he emailed me from a post on Reddit and I couldn't ignore it, in our community we have been rocked by multiple suicides this week that have left people shook. I couldn't wait for this interview as it's important for all of us to support those around us and to not regret the time we spend with the people we love.
