Hello beautiful people!! Happy New Year and Happy Awakenings!! ✨🐛🦋💞👁 I hope that everyone is finding it easy to flow with the changes that are coming up since the transition to the new year. For me, this has taken the form of choosing which bad habits I would like to leave in the past and fill that space with things that help me best in the long run. Amongst all of this internal cleaning, there seems to be a push/ pull dynamic between the person you were and the person you are striving to embody. But don't fret! This is to be expected. Conversations with the ego are inevitable. Regardless, you are doing a good job!! Keep pushing, keep honing in! You got this:-)
