    Let's talk about coping mechanisms. I reflect on past habits and emphasize healthier approaches over harmful habits like alcohol consumption.
    Steps to Grace:
    Seek God's Hand: Take a step back and recognize God's presence amidst chaos.
    Count Your Blessings: Gratitude shifts focus from turmoil to blessings, fostering a positive outlook.
    Scriptural Guidance: Turn to the Word for comfort and guidance in challenging times.
    Trust in God: Pray for strength and trust in God's plan, acknowledging His sovereignty.

    One of my favorite sections is the Ideal Week, where you design a structured schedule to allocate time for various tasks and activities. It may take some trial and error, but the result is a stress-relieving, organized routine.
    The planner also includes tools like the Project Tracker, Weekly Preview, and Daily Pages, facilitating reflection, prioritization, and accountability.
