    In this episode we are talking about Best and quick method on How to build a habit and how to be consistent is covered in this podcast You set an alarm of 6:30 and as usual you can't wake up on time and when you wake up at around 8 or 9 o'clock then yourself yourself by destroying any favourite thing of yours write this is what I called self punishment destroy that everything of yours or destroy something that your family will force you from the next day that if the person don't wake up at this time he'll do something else so give one example there was a friend of mine who has the bad habit of waking up late right so he on that he one day he started giving punishment punishment to himself actually it was not to himself what he used to do his heels to pit put a alarm of 6 o'clock and if he didn't wake up at 6 o clock so whenever he used to wake up let suppose around 8 o'clock or 9 o'clock on that he then he started waking up and he used to use to just got his wife saree used to cut his wife dress this must be sound sounding so weird but he actually that that was and he told his wife that I I I cut your saree Just cause I didn't to wake up wax at 6 o'clock so from the next day have I was standing right and right above his head at 5:45 that this guy don't wake up will cut all my sarees and she can't afford that right that's why I am saying you don't need you don't need 21 days you just need for days just after waking up start putting alarm at 6 or whatever you want and when ever used knows that button button or whenever you when you wake up just just note of 100 rupees or in US $1 $1 not whatever minimum aur maximum medium level of a mountain effort just turn it up just to repeat of after after turning around 2 notes only 12 notes ok you see that you are waking up more than five times before 6:00 a.m. trust me desert tried and proven method from the third day you want if you if you just in case if you follow this follow the strictly and punish yourself for not waking up on time this is the only reason is the only method you can adopt to quickly build any habit thank you so much thank you what you're going to this very very very first cast of the show you so much bye
