    The reality we once  perceived has shifted.Let's unpack what is happening in the US right now.   We are living through a pandemic, the United states alone has reached more than 5 million covid cases. As a country we are hitting an economic crisis. We are time traveling  back to the 60’s and seeing our world lead a civil war movement #BlackLivesmatter

    I am here to remind you that it is okay if you are struggling. It is okay if you are mourning, it is okay if you are experiencing depression and anxiety. It is okay if you do not feel your best. You are not alone. Give thanks to your body by showing up for yourself and engaging with your authentic   raw self.
