Experiencing relationship with those around us is one of the greatest joys of life. With that joy, however, comes the opportunity to experience pain and wounding from those that we love. Whether it's from a best friend, a family member, or someone we don't even know, pain has a way of knocking us off our feet. In this episode, I share candidly from my own experiences of learning how to forgive and the great power that comes from choosing to live a lifestyle of forgiveness. Every single person on the earth has needs. Needs in the body, spiritual needs, and soul needs. In this episode, I share the importance of acknowledging and validating the needs of our souls. From emotions, memories, and situations that bring pain, we all are faced with the choice of what to do when our hearts are hurting. I want to encourage you to tend to the needs of your heart and learn to walk in wholeness in your soul.
